Code of Ethics for the King County Jaguars
THE FUNDAMENTAL PRINCIPLES
The King County Jaguars NAFL franchise uphold and advance the integrity, honor and dignity of Minor League Football by:
- At all times displaying a demeanor and conduct which benefits the status and reputation of the team, the league and football in general. We are here as entertainment for the public and as such hold the public trust for our actions
- We are here for the fans of football, they are not here for us
- Striving to increase the competence and prestige of Minor League Football; and
- Enjoying the game of football and remembering that the fans, opponents and staff are here to enjoy the game also.
THE FUNDAMENTAL CANONS
- Minor League Football players will act in such a manner as to uphold and enhance the honor, integrity, and dignity of the team and the league.
- Minor League Football players will refrain from the use of foul language as this degrades the image of them, the team and the league.
- Minor League Football players shall remember that Minor League Football is a business and as such needs to be respected as an entity.
- Minor League Football players shall provide for the development of fellow team members.
- Minor League Football players shall be truthful and objective when speaking or writing as a representative of the team or league
